Silver
	* 1 oz. Rounds (10.1% premiums, this is the superior choice)
	* Junk silver is not recommended because of its high premiums, difficulty in determining the value, and lower recognizability. (Current premium ranges from 12.9%)
	* 1oz Canadian Maple Leaf (beware of high premiums - currently 30%)
	* The 1 oz American Eagles are very difficult to get with high premiums. (Currently not available for purchase but listed at an 32.3%-35.98%  premium.)

Gold
	* 1/10 Canadian Maple Leaf (up to 25oz without having to report on the sell back. )             (9.8 % premium)
	**SUPERIOR CHOICE * 1/10 Australian Kangaroo              9.8 % premium)
	* 1/10 American Eagle (Beware of high premiums and limited quantity)            (11.5 % premium)

	* Austrian 1 Ducat (a little larger than a 1/10 oz. The lowest premium of all fractional coins - 10%. Disadvantage - lower level of the premium received on the sell back)
	* French 20 Franc (lower level of the premium received on the sell back. ) Current premium:  7.2%
